The Corona (Covid-19) infection is continue on rise in 10 districts of Khulna division. Total 6269 people infected with corona in the districts since March 21. In the last 24 hours, 5 people have died in the division in which the total number of deaths has been 114.
The first Corona patient was found on March 19 in Chuadanga.
Khulna district accounts for 44% of the total patients in the division. This is followed by Kushtia.
Meanwhile, 261 new Covid patients have been identified in Khulna division in the last 24 hours. Among the newly identified patients, 71 are in Khulna district, 34 in Bagerhat, 6 in Chuadanga, 29 in Jessore, 33 in Jhenaidah, 36 in Kushtia, 6 in Magura, 2 in Meherpur, 20 in Narail and 24 in Satkhira.

Of the 6,269 people affected in the division, 2,751 are from Khulna. Corona has been identified 267 in Bagerhat, 276 in Chuadanga, 834 in Jessore, 366 in Jhenaidah, 850 in Kushtia, 182 in Magura, 97 in Meherpur, 343 in Narail and 303 in Satkhira.
The highest number of 43 people died in Khulna. Besides, 19 people died in Kushtia, 14 in Jessore, 6 in Narail and Magura, 6 in Meherpur and Jhenaidah, 5 in Satkhira, 4 in Bagerhat and 3 in Chuadanga.
According to the health departmental, 108 people have newly recovered in the division.
A total of 2,230 people recovered with this. Recognized, the recovery rate in the division is about 36 percent. Among them 160 in Bagerhat, 175 in Chuadanga, 372 in Jessore, 121 in Jhenaidah, 677 in Khulna, 421 in Kushtia, 68 in Magura, 46 in Meherpur, 117 in Narail and 73 in Satkhira.
