Two teenagers have been stabbed in a dispute over a trivial incident at Haripur Bazar in Kushtia Sadar.

The locals caught a teenager who carried out the incident and handed him over to police.

According to police, an altercation took place between Tamim Islam Joy and Emon, 17 and Akash, 17 over road crossing on a motorcycle at Haripur bazar at about 11.30:am on Tuesday.

Over the incident, Emon and Akash beat up Joy and his friend Sagar on the spot.

On the sequence, Joy and his friends attacked Emon and Akah with sharp knife in the afternoon on the day at Haripur bazar.

They stabbed the two boys leaving them injured.

People on the spot caught Joy with knife and handed over to police.

A case was field with Kushtia Model police sttaion in this regard.

Police said drive is on to arrest the other culprits.
