Two people got died in a collision between a trolley and a motorcycle in Kushtia's Daulatpur upazila on Saturday night.
The accident took place at Shyamnagar Bazar of Khalisakundi Union of the upazila.
The deceased both were motorcyclists identified as Irfan (34) and Asiq (24) died. Irfan was the son of Viku Mandal of Shyamnagar village and Asiq was the son of Jamal Mandal of Moubaria village.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Daulatpur Police Station Mojibur Rahman confirmed the incident and said that Irfan and Asiq were traveling on motorcycles. The collision with trolley took place in the area adjacent to Shyamnagar Bazar at around 9 pm. They were seriously injured.
They died on the way to Daulatpur Upazila Health Center.
