Twelve corona patients have been identified in Kushtia in last 24 hours.

According to district health department, a total of 188 samples (Kushtia 74, Chuadanga 18, Jhenaidah 29, Meherpur 14 and Overseas Travel 53) were tested in the PCR lab of Kushtia Medical College on January 10.  A total of 12 new corona patients are identified there.

On the other hand, 1 new corona patient has been identified from Chuadanga district, 3 from Jhenaidah district and 2 from Meherpur district.

Address of 12 victims in Kushtia Sadar Upazila: Police Line 1, Court Para 1, Barkhada 1, Mollateghoria 1 and KMC 6.

So far, the total number of corona positive patients in Kushtia is 3809, out of which a total of 3673 have recovered.

A total of 86 people have died in the district since March.
