Travel to India-Bangladesh now subject to conditions

The passport holders of India and Bangladesh will have to abide by some new conditions from now on in case of traveling in both countries during the ongoing corona situation.
Under the new conditions, Bangladeshi passport holders must have a valid passport and a visa issued on July 1, 2020 to enter India as well as a permit from the Indian High Commission. Passengers must have a negative certificate of Covid-19. That certificate must be within 72 hours and must enter India. Only then any Bangladeshi passport holder will get clearance to enter India.
In case of entry of Indian passport holders to Bangladesh, updated passport, visa as well as permission letter of Indian Ministry of Home Affairs and negative certificate of Covid-19. That certificate must also be within 72 hours and must enter Bangladesh.
Many Indian passport holders are stuck in Bangladesh due to corona situation. They could not return to the country due to lockdown. Many visas have also expired. There are also new conditions for their return to the country.
Conditions include a valid passport, visa renewal (without visa and payment of fees), permission letter from the Indian High Commission and a negative certificate of Kovik-19. That certificate must be within 72 hours and must enter India.
