Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested a man with phensidyl and cannabis in Kushtia.
A press rlease signed by RAB-12 Company Commander Major Gaffaruzzaman said that a team of RAB-12, CPC-1, Kushtia Camp raided at Pragpur village of Daulatpur upazila in Kushtia on Thursday evening and arrested Jahangir Alam (50) with 10 bottles of Phensidyl worth around Tk 10,000 and 2 kg of cannabis worth Tk. 40,000.
Jahangir is the son of the late Raushan Khandaker of Pragpur.
A drug case was filed against Jahangir at Daulatpur police station and he was handed over to Daulatpur police station.
