The Department of Primary Education has taken initiative to make it effective again. For this purpose, information was sought from teachers who have been in the same educational institution for more than three years.

According to the relevant sources, the jobs of the head teachers and assistant teachers of the primary schools are being transferred. They will be transferred from one school to another after 3 years or after 5 years. However, arrangements will be made to transfer the teachers to the nearest educational institution so that they do not suffer. Although there is a rule to transfer government employees every three years, it is not done in the case of primary teachers. This is the first time such a decision is being taken.

Meanwhile, in addition to the transfer of teachers, the Department of Primary Education is also making arrangements for the transfer of field level officers and employees working in the same place for more than three years.
