One more people died and 20 more were infected with corona in 24 hours in Kushtia. With this, a total of 2849 people were found infected in 6 upazilas of the district.
Besides, with the newly one, the total death toll stood 63 in the district since the infection spread up in March this year.
A total of 277 samples (Kushtia 132, Chuadanga 46, Jhenaidah 66 and Meherpur 33) were tested in the PCR lab of Kushtia Medical College on September 3. Of those twenty people from Kushtia were found to be corona positive.

Address of 4 affected people in Kumarkhali Upazila: 1 person in Paikpara, 1 person in Elongi Para, 1 person in South Manoharpur and 1 person in Banshgram.
Address of 2 victims in Bheramara Upazila: 1 in Bamanpara Railgate and 1 in Kachari Para. Address of 1 victim in Daulatpur Upazila is in Selimpur. Address of 1 affected in Mirpur Upazila is in Mirpur. Address of 1 victim in Khoksa Upazila: Sengram.
On the other hand, 6 new corona patients have been identified in Chuadanga district, 9 from Jhenaidah district and 1 from Meherpur district. Follow-up reports of 6 people from Chuadanga district and 1 person from Meherpur district are positive. The rest of the results are negative.
So far in Kushtia, a total of 2289 people have recovered from Corona positive.
