Newly 29 people have been infected with Coroa in last 24 hours in Kushtia.

Besides, 16 people identified corona positive in Jhenaidah, 7 in Chuadanga and 1 in Meherpur at the same time.

Of the 29 people infected in Kushtia, 15 were from Kushtia Sadar Upazila, 6 from Kumarkhali, 3 from Daulatpur, 3 from Khoksa, 1 from Mirpur and 1 from Bheramara Upazila

Total 282 samples were tested in Kushtia PCR lab on April 13 including 122 of Kushtia, 57 of Jhenidah, 19 from Meherpur district and 60 from those who want to go abroad.

Of these, 29 samples from Kushtia district, 16 samples from Jhenaidah district, 7 samples from Chuadanga district and 01 sample from Meherpur district came back positive and the results of all other samples came back negative.

So far, the total number of corona positive patients in Kushtia is 4396, out of which 3989 have recovered and a total of 96 have died.
