The updated current number of voters in the country is 11 crore 17 lakh 20 thousand 669.  The number of new voters has increased to 19 lakh 16 thousand 56 people.

The Election Commission (EC) released the final list on Tuesday (March 3) after updating the voter list.

8According to the list, out of the total voters, 5 crore 65 lakh 95 thousand 5 are male voters. 5 crore 51 lakh 22 thousand 223 women voters. And there are 441 transgender voters.

This time, the names of 16,499 people have been cut due to deaths. There has been a new inclusion, that is, 19 lakh 18 thousand 56 people have become new voters.
