New IU VC declared his stance against any corruption

The newly appointed Islamic University Vice-Chancellor Professor Sheikh Abdus Salam wants to work to take the university to more development. He sought for everyone’s cooperation in this regard.
Professor Salam took office on Sunday (October 4th) as the 13th Vice-Chancellor of the Islamic University (IU). He was appointed as the Vice Chancellor at the university on September 30.
He said the university is a place for knowledge research, knowledge creation and knowledge practice. If this knowledge is used in real life, it is the success of the university.
He told this while talking to various person and organizations went to greet him on the first day of his office.
He reached Kushtia in the morning from Dhaka. Arriving on campus, he paid homage to the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s mural with a wreath.
Professor Salam said that the theme of Digital Bangladesh of the present government has already been able to lead a radical change in the field of education. Now we are thinking of the fourth industrial revolution. It will also be clear and Bangladesh will move forward.
The Vice-Chancellor called upon the teachers, officers and employees of the university to perform their duties smoothly.
In response to a question from journalists, the Vice-Chancellor said that no one should be in favor of corruption. Everyone has to push against it. He said his zero tolerance against corruption.
