Kushtia Superintendent of Police SM Tanvir Arafat, PPM (Bar) has called upon the district police to work with utmost professionalism.
He said there is no way the image of the police could be tarnished. He also issued a stern warning to all officers / forces to rid the society of drugs and corruption including keeping the present image of the police intact as per the directions of Inspector General, Bangladesh Police, Police Headquarters Dhaka.
He said this at a briefing organized by District Police, Kushtia on July 18 at Police Lines Muktamancha in the presence of all police unit in-charges / officers of the district.
At the outset, the police super expressed his gratitude to the Front fighters of Coronavirus and delivered instructive speeches on delivering police services to people from all walks of life, performing their duties with professionalism, cleanliness and good manners with the general people.
He said the police is not just a job for. It is a professional organization fully engaged in specialized work. Here professionalism is of utmost importance.
