Kushtia is now is running with Coronavirus. Almost every day number of people are being infected with this virus. Newly 34 corona patients have been found in Kushtia today (July 14).
With this the total number of the patients in the district stood at 1044. Meanwhile, 1 more person has died in the district. The total number of deaths here is 20.
A total of 376 samples (Kushtia 179, Chuadanga 50, Jhenaidah 90, Meherpur 20, Narail 37) were tested on July 14 in the PCR lab of Kushtia Medical College.
Among the victims are 26 from Kushtia Sadar upazila, 6 from Daulatpur upazila and 2 from Kumarkhali upazila.
On the other hand, 18 new corona patients have been identified in Chuadanga district, 33 in Jhenaidah district, 12 in Narail district and 5 in Meherpur district. Besides, follow-up report of 2 people in Chuadanga district is positive. The rest of the results are negative 6.
