On Saturday also 19 more corona positive came in Kushtia. This is the result of 176 sample tests.

This continued growth of Corona in Kushtia is not going to stop. Sometimes it is increasing in mathematical, in sometimes at geometric rate here.

Experts are concerned whether it is becoming more and more rampant day by day. They say the rate of corona being positive in the district is not normal.

On the other hand, various sources of the district administration and the police said that they are working. If the level of awareness among people does not increase, they may have to suffer the terrible consequences.

The first corona was traced on March 23 in this district. At first its speed was low. From the end of March to the whole of April, the growth rate was normal. But its growth starts from May 15 and that is continued. By June, it had become almost geometric.

The experts and people working with the Corona think that it is not possible to stay out of the conventional attack of Corona, but it is possible to keep it under control.

For example, Kushtia is the neighboring district of Meherpur. This district is now a green zone. Next to Kushtia, why should there be so much situation.

The concerned now is forced to think that the level of consciousness of the people of the district at the bottom. We have seen that when the district administration, police administration, social organizations and other quarters are taking various steps to stop the spread of corona, the people of the district are behaving like a thief-police game. When the district administration is holding a meeting on how to deal with the issue, processions are being held in the streets to open shops. We are not in favor of closing down trade for any reason due to our policy. But if there is a danger of any horror in the situation that has arisen, then alternative thinking must be given place.

But that did not happen in this district. We have already done a lot of mistakes that we should not have done. Now we have to suffer the ultimate result of it.

Tapas Kumar Sarkar, Resident Officer of Kushtia General Hospital, said that in our activities, it seemed that the people of the district did not consider it necessary to survive. They put too much emphasis on something else.

Superintendent of Police in Kushtia SM Tanvir Arafat PPM (Bar) thinks there was no shortage of district police activities. If necessary further steps will be taken. He questions but where will this step be taken? He said police were dealing with the situation with great patience from very beginning. Police will continue.

Kushtia Deputy Commissioner Aslam Hossain said the concern is growing at every moment. It is difficult to understand at this moment which direction the district is heading. He made it clear that there is still time in our hand. He emphasizes the importance of making people aware. He said that people have to survive on their own. But many are ignoring it.
