Five new people have been identified as Covid-19 positive in last 24-hour sample test revealed on the night of October 10 in Kushtia. 

With this, the total number of corona patients in 6 upazilas of the district is 3476. A total of 80 people have died in the district so far.

A total of 192 samples (Kushtia 94, Chuadanga 41, Jhenaidah 46 and Meherpur 11) were tested in the PCR lab of Kushtia Medical College. Of these, 5 were identified in Kushtia district.

On the other hand, 4 new corona patients have been identified from Chuadanga district and 5 from Jhenaidah district. The rest of the results are negative.

Address of 3 affected people in Kushtia Sadar Upazila: 1 in KGH and 2 in Kalishankarpur, while one people identified in Kumarkhali was of Khairchara.

So far, a total of 3307 corona positive patients have recovered in Kushtia.
