The Corona detection rate has reached 34 percent in the last 24 hours in 10 districts of Khulna division. During this time, samples of 1,411 people were tested where Corona were identified of 487 people. The detection rate is 34.51 percent. The previous day the rate was 22.51 percent.

According to the health department, this is the highest number of infection in a single day in the last five and a half months. This is the highest number of identities in a single day since 612 people were identified in one day on August 13 last year.
One died in Kushtia in the last 24 hours in Corona.
Health officials say that despite the rapid spread of corona, there is little interest among the people in complying hygiene manners. Normally no one is following the hygiene rules. If this situation continues, this pace of infection cannot be stopped in any way.
Of the patients identified in the last 24 hours in the division, 153 were in Khulna, 194 in Jashore, 47 in Jhenaidah, 27 in Kushtia, 4 in Narail, 8 in Meherpur, 13 in Chuadanga, 11 in Satkhira, 20 in Bagerhat and 10 in Magura. Among the divisions, Bagerhat has the highest detection rate at 50 percent, Jashore at 47.78 percent, Jhenaidah at 43.12 percent, Meherpur at 36.1 percent and Khulna at 34.54 percent.
The first corona patient in Khulna division was identified in Chuadanga on March 19, 2020. Till Sunday, 1 lakh 16 thousand 59 people have been identified in the division. A total of 3,201 people died in 10 districts in the division. 1 lakh 9 thousand 439 people have recovered so far in 10 districts.
Meanwhile, the number of corona patients being treated at home and hospital is also increasing day by day. At present there are 3,419 corona patients in the division. Of these, 122 are being treated at the hospital and others are at home.
