The Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) plans to work with grassroots footballers by selecting venues in four districts of the country. On Sunday (July 12), BFF issued a press release detailing the activities. General Secretary Abu Naeem Sohag gave details in a written statement.
According to statement, BFF will perform grassroots activities at four venues. The four venues that have already been decided by BFF are Nilphamari, Madaripur, Feni and Dhaka.
In these four venues, basically 6 batches or 8 groups will be finalized in each venue.
BFF's appointed coaches will work at specific venues with those who are disadvantaged or specially challenged in the society. To confirm these issues, a maximum of 260 players in these 8 batches will be trained at specific venues with BFF Appointed Coaches as part of the year-round grassroots activities of BFF for a fixed period of time.
Work will probably start by September-October or October-November. But before that I will complete the coach appointment, field facilities and other official work.
