One more people died with Coronavirus (Covid-19) in Kushtia. With this, the death toll in the district stood at 27.
Matiar Rahman, 40, an officer of Kiam Metal Industries, a sister industries of Kushtia's BRB Cables, died on Sunday (July 19th) night. He died at his father-in-law's house at Babar Ali Gate in Kushtia town at 11pm.
According to family sources, he has been suffering from cold and cough for the last few days. Corona test in Kushtia PCR lab gives positive result. After that, his treatment was going on at home. Shortness of breath began on Sunday night. He fallen into death at around 11 pm.
He was buried in his own village Kalabaria on Monday with the help of the administration. He left 2 children to mourn.
