Another 1,0875 metric tons of hilsa was exported to India. It is an export of greetings on the occasion of Durga Puja. The value of which is one crore 87 lakh 50 thousand dollars.
The Ministry of Commerce has allowed the export of a total of 1,065 metric tonnes of hilsa fish to India in two phases. The first consignment of 12 metric tons of hilsa was exported to India on September 14.
At 5:30 pm on October 6, the latest consignment of 197 metric tons of hilsa fish was exported to India. A total of 1,065 metric tons of hilsa has been exported.
