Another 37 corona infected people were identified in Kushtia. With this, the total number of corona patients in the district stood at 571. This is the information of PCR lab of Kushtia Medical College on 26 June.

Kushtia General Hospital Residential Medical Officer (RMO) Tapash Kumar Sarkar said out of a total of 262 samples (Kushtia 198, Meherpur 7, Narail 78), 37 patients were identified in Kushtia district.

Of the patients, 19 are from Kushtia Sadar Upazila, 10 from Kumarkhali Upazila, 4 from Bheramara Upazila and 4 from Daulatpur Upazila.

Meanwhile, 12 new corona patients have been identified in Narail among other districts. Besides, follow-up report of 1 person from Narail district came positive. The rest of the results are negative.
