Education Minister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury has announced he will not visit examination centers during the Secondary School Certificate examinations, citing the stress it creates for students and the potential for mental anguish and public suffering.
He was quoted saying, “Students are already in a trauma during the examination. The huge crowd in the name of visiting the centers adds to this stress.”
The Minister also highlighted that entering examination centers is hindered by the law, which only allows the center inspector to enter. He urged everyone to be alert and ensure only the examination-related person enters the center.
