A total 572 people have died by infecting Corona virus (Covid-19) in 10 districts of Khulna division infection in last 1 year 1 month 12 days.
At the same time, the number of identified patients with the virus is 31 thousand 157 people.
Out of 10 districts, Khulna has the highest number of cases infections and deaths. Kushtia is in the second position. The lowest number of deaths and infection recorded in Meherpur.
In Khulna division, four people have died due to corona virus in the last 24 hours. At that time, 71 people were identified in Corona.
Friday (April 30) at noon Khulna Divisional Health Director Rasheda Sultana shared this information.
According to the department of health director’s office, four people died of corona in 24 hours. There is one in Khulna, one in Jessore, one in Chuadanga and one in Meherpur.
The highest number of 147 people died in Khulna. Besides, 107 people died in Kushtia, 73 in Jashore, 51 in Jhenaidah, 51 in Chuadanga, 44 in Satkhira, 33 in Bagerhat, 24 in Narail, 23 in Magura and 19 in Meherpur.
Meanwhile, out of 71 new people, 44 people have been identified in Khulna. A total of 9,077 people have been identified in this district. Besides, two new people have been identified in Jashore and the total number is six thousand 293 people. In Kushtia, eight people were identified and the total number was four thousand 608 people, in Jhenaidah seven people were identified and the total number was two thousand 760, in Narail one person was identified and the total number was one thousand 807 people.
In Chuadanga, two persons were identified and the total number was 1,863, in Bagerhat, six persons were identified and the total number was 1,362, in Satkhira, one person was identified and the total number was 1,274, in Magura, one was not identified. However, the total number of identities here is one thousand 212 and the total number of identities in Meherpur is 900.
