Food gift has been distributed among children lives in the lane in Kushtia on Thursday.

Sapna Prayas Youth Organization, one of the social organizations of Kushtia organised the event held at the head office of organization on RC RC Road in the city.

The President of the organization Sadiq Hasan Rahid presided over the function while Dr. Amanur Aman, eminent writer and researcher, editor and publisher of Bangla daily Dainik Kushtia and the English weekly The Kushtia Times also chairman of Sammilito Samajik Jote was the chief guest in the programme.

In his speech, Dr. Aman said that the hand of cooperation can be extended to the neglected children in various ways.

“If you stand by them with the same ability, you can be encouraged in the struggle for life. Maybe they can get a better direction,” Dr. Amanur Aman told.

He urged everyone to come forward with such initiatives.
