The district administration of Khulna launched an Android platform-based mobile application (app) namely to ensure proper information on the status of Coronavirus.

The service styled ‘COVID-19 Joruri Sheba Khulna’ was collaborated with Khulna Shishu Hospital.

Deputy Commissioner (DC) in Khulna Md Helal Hossain inaugurated the mobile app at the seminar room of Khulna Shishu Hospital recently as chief guest with Senior Consultant of Khulna Shishu Hospital Dr. Kamruzzaman in the chair.

According to the providers, the app helpline service would provide the status of coronavirus in the district, including information on prevention, symptoms, treatment options, risks, travel advisories, government helpline numbers and other services.

Sources said people specially young generation is mostly using this app.
