The High Court has ruled that no person can be the president or chairman of the governing body or managing committee of a school, college or madrasa more than twice in a row.
He further said that guardian member Nurul Haque had filed a writ petition challenging the validity of the managing committee of Fulgachha High School in Gaibandha’s Sundarganj upazila. In the writ petition, he challenged the same person or persons to be elected president or member more than once without contest since 2014. Following the hearing, the High Court dismissed the writ petition.
