Seven people have been infected with Coronavirus in last 24 hours in Kushtia.

So far, the total number of corona positive patients in Kushtia is 3509, out of which 3364 have recovered and a total of 80 have died.

The PCR lab of Kushtia Medical College tested 233 samples (Kushtia 166, Chuadanga 30, Jhenaidah 28 and Meherpur 9) on November 18. Of these, 7 corona positive were found in Kushtia. Of which 5 are from Kushtia Sadar Upazila and 1 in each from Daulatpur and Bheramara Upazila.

On the other hand, 3 new corona patients have been identified from Chuadanga district and 6 from Jhenaidah district. Follow-up report of 2 people from Chuadanga district is positive. The rest of the results are negative.

Address of 5 people found Corona positive in Kushtia Sadar Upazila: KGH 2, Durbachara 1, Upazila Road 1 and Milpara 1. Address of 1 victim in Daulatpur Upazila is of Kalidaspur and address of 1 person in Bheramara is of Yageshwar.
