The dash of Coronavirus is on continue in Kushtia. The district witnessed another death and more 20 infection with the virus in last 24 hours.
According to the Kushtia district administration social media page, total of 260 samples (Kushtia 183, Chuadanga 30, Jhenaidah 32 and Meherpur 15) were tested in Kushtia Medical College’s PCR lab in 24 hours and in which 20 infection found in Kushtia district.
On the other hand, 5 new corona patients have been identified from Chuadanga district, 11 in Jhenaidah district and 3 in Meherpur district. Follow-up report of 2 people from Kushtia district is positive. The rest of the results are negative.
Among the infected of Kushtia, 13 from Kushtia Sadar Upazila, 4 from Kumarkhali Upazila, 1 from Daulatpur Upazila, 1 from Mirpur Upazila and 1 from Khoksa Upazila.
Beside, one person has died in Milpara area of Sadar upazila.
Address of 13 affected people in Kushtia Sadar Upazila: Thana Para 1, Hari Shankarpur 1, Eidga Para 1, Housing C Block 1, RAB-12 1, Nishan Mor 1, Lahini Battala 1, Peyratala 1, Mir Mosharraf Hossain Road 1 and Court Para 4.
Address of 4 people affected in Kumarkhali Upazila: 1 person in Panti, 1 person in UHC Kumarkhali, 1 person in Charaikhol and 1 person in Char Bhabanipur.
Address of 1 person affected in Daulatpur Upazila: 1 person in Sangrampur.
Address of 1 person affected in Mirpur Upazila:1 person in Mirpur.
Address of 1 person affected in Khoksa Upazila: 1 person in Charpara.
The total number of corona positive patients in Kushtia is 3197, out of which 2824 have recovered and 67 have died.
